PLLC MILICA MCDOWELL CONSULTINGDr. Milica McDowell has been practicing clinical physical therapy for 15 years.
Milica got her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology from Montana State University, her Master’s Degree from the University of Colorado, and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Idaho State University, where she examined knee injuries in team sport participants.
Throughout her rehabilitation career, Milica has focused in orthopedics and sports medicine, working with athletes of all ages and abilities. Clearwater Physical Therapy, Bluebird Medical Supply Company, and Epic Fitness Center are all owned and operated by her.
Milica is the creator and Chief Medical Officer of 4c Sports Injury Analytics, in addition to her clinical practice and teaching in the Masters of Science in Science Education and undergraduate Human Performance Programs at Montana State University.
Milica’s main research interests include biomechanical baseline testing, kinematic predictors of sporting injury, and postural sway as a tool for concussion evaluation. She is an APTA and NATA member that volunteers for Ironman triathlon medical support. Milica’s hobbies include spending time with her family, cooking, triathlon, downhill skiing, and goldendoodles.

Paul Herberger, BS, CPT is a former professional large mountain skier who spent 12 years competing on the Freeride World Tour. Paul is also a Certified Personal Trainer and an Ironman Triathlon coach, having guided multiple competitors to the Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii, as well as the Ironman 70.3 World Championships. He also has coaching qualifications from USA Swimming and USA Cycling. Paul owns and operates Epic Fitness, a functional fitness center in Bozeman, Montana, where he supervises both in-person and virtual training programs and maintains a staff of coaches and trainers. He just established Epic PE, a distance learning product for kids that gives kid-specific exercising sessions remotely and on-demand. Paul has taken involved in a number of research projects examining biomechanical predictors of sport-related injury and likes teaching new coaches and trainers. Paul spends his leisure time surfing, skiing, wind sports, and attempting to conquer the elusive double under.
