Grievances Related to the Returned CME Program Administration and Evaluation Document – It is the policy of the Iowa Osteopathic Medical Association (IOMA) that all grievances related to the returned CME program administration and evaluation document will be referred to the Board of Trustees and whatever action they deem necessary will be taken.
John M. Swegle, PharmD, BCPS, is an associate clinical professor in the Division of Clinical and Administrative Pharmacy at the University of Iowa, College of Pharmacy, in Iowa City, Iowa. He is a faculty member of the Palliative Medicine Fellowship at Mercy Medical Center – North Iowa and a Clinical Pharmacy Faculty member of the Mercy Family Medicine Residency in Mason City, Iowa. He is a board-certified pharmacotherapy specialist (BCPS). He is also a clinical pharmacist for the Hospice of North Iowa and a consultant for the Mercy Family Pharmacies in Mason City. Dr. Swegle received his Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy at Drake University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. He completed his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Iowa College of Pharmacy and a specialty residency in family medicine. Dr. Swegle has many hours of classroom teaching as well as done many lectures around the state to various organizations. He is a member of several organizations and has served on numerous boards, committees, and councils. He is a journal reviewer for seven publications.
