Dr. Yanchuk was born in Ukraine and moved to Los Angeles, California when he was ten years old. She graduated from the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific at Western University of Health Sciences. She did her Internal Medicine residency at Skagit Regional Health in Mount Vernon, WA, and she just finished a Nephrology and Hypertension fellowship at the University of Southern California. Her research interests include pregnancy in ESRD women, women’s health in CKD, and diabetes in Parkinson’s disease patients. Dr. Yanchuk will start working as a nephrologist at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center soon and is looking forward to educating students and residents. She will also start as clinical faculty at Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences. Her interests include cooking, growing home plants, and annoying her cat.
