After attending a seminar, Tony Youngs launched his Real Estate entrepreneur career in 1986. He quickly became successful in obtaining foreclosure homes and discovered his specialization in working with distressed houses. Tony began with no money and terrible credit and was able to acquire multiple houses through OMP and OPC. In fact, after repairs, his first trade paid him an amount comparable to a full-time wage at Lockheed, a job Tony subsequently left up for good. Tony completed classes in real estate law, title searches, and bankruptcy law to whet his hunger for knowledge.
Tony has now spent over 30 years honing and developing his own unique system, tactics, and procedures for obtaining foreclosure and hidden market homes. Tony has been called to talk to audiences ranging from 40 to 46,000 at real estate and entrepreneur conventions, as well as real estate broker meetings and national investor groups, due to his extensive expertise and experience.
He has been on various television series, including “Financial Freedom in America.” “Atlanta Live,” “American Home Buyers Alliance,” and “Go for Your Dreams” He appears often on radio discussion shows and has been featured in publications and news journals. Tony has also written content for “Best Seller” real estate books that have been published and sold in bookstores throughout the world.
He wrote The Amazing 7 Ways to Profit from One Foreclosure and The Hidden Market System (a system to find properties before they go into foreclosure). His years of practical expertise are shown in great detail. Tony stays up to date on the newest laws and conforms to state regulations. Several states require new legislation and specific contracts.
Tony still makes roughly 100 offers per month throughout the country using the “7 methods to produce profit” and tracks them to the auction and then the REO stage, staying on top of the latest techniques and ideas for buying at each level of the process. Following a near-death experience in 1993, he became deeply committed to assisting individuals in improving their quality of life.
