Mobility is a type of movement that improves joint stability and active range of motion. It is heavily reliant on your thoughts since your brain has the ability to limit or enhance the range of motion in all of your joints. You won’t be able to enhance your mobility if you can’t regulate your muscles. If you want to enhance your handstand, squat, pullups, or even pushups, among other things, mobility may help you by effectively regulating the muscles involved in such activities. It can also benefit you if you have had accidents or injuries that have limited your performance, whether you are aware of it or not. As a result, practically everyone will benefit from adequate mobility training, such as what we provide in our Mobility Program.

“El Eggs” is a certified physical education instructor with a minor in nutritional sciences. He has been practicing Calisthenics since 2012 and is the creator of the Leipzig Calisthenics & Parkour Association. El Eggs has almost 27 years of expertise in a number of sports including Taekwondo, Parkour, Biketrial, and Tricking. El Eggs has been training individuals for for 15 years and provides Online Personal Training and Nutritional Coaching to customers all around the world. He teaches Calisthenics and Parkour workshops around the German-speaking world.
