Description
Increase and improve your anxiety therapy alternatives.
Regardless of your primary therapeutic approach, try out different strategies.
Determine and address the underlying causes of anxiety. When nervous customers seek your assistance, they want to feel better right away.
I attempted the standard behavioral and psychodynamic therapy approaches for anxiety early in my career and found them to be slow-acting. It was also disheartening when seemingly beneficial outcomes did not last. I needed something new and distinctive.
In my quest to improve therapy efficiency and efficacy, I investigated how emotionally resilient people dealt with challenges in their life. At its foundation, therapy, I discovered, is a method of assisting conflict resolution and issue solving. I realized that understanding and responding to the underlying issues that cause conflict and anxiety results in quick and effective results.
After four decades, the notion of therapy as conflict resolution has taken me on a rewarding path to the discovery of ever-more-effective treatment modalities. Visualization methods and energy therapy innovations have shown to be very effective enhancers of anxiety therapies in my practice.
Whether your primary approach is CBT, psychodynamic, family systems, narrative, integrative, or another, I will show you how to broaden and improve your anxiety treatment choices with individuals, couples, and families.
You will learn fresh paths to succeed with nervous customers through live role plays, video demonstrations, case studies, and practice sessions. Not only that, but You will be given scripts, worksheets, and other tools to support your customers.
Join me, and I’ll show you how to help your worried customers while also bringing your practice to the next level.
