I’ve been longing for a natural retreat where people may gather. A location where we can remove our shoes as easy as we remove our shoes. A place where we may let go of the stress and be our true, honest selves.
I felt a great feeling of space open inside me as we drove up the tucked-away glorious slope to Sundance. You’ll sense it. An instant call to relax, breathe deeply, and connect with yourself and the natural world surrounds you. Tensions ease. After a few seconds of steeping, a personalized blueprint for moving through life with grace appears.
We require this space in order to breathe, live, feel, and flourish. I thought this was the ideal location for gathering people and sharing this practice of care, connection, conservation, inspiration, and regeneration. I also knew it would be my permanent residence.
But I didn’t want this sensation to end here. Because, in reality, we don’t always have to travel so far to obtain what we need. Life may be all about giving, all about pushing forward, all about going full speed. Giving is fantastic, but it may be even more rewarding when you establish the space you require along the road. And sometimes we may discover this in a moment, a breath, a reconnection, so that we can refresh and find our way back to our most optimally balanced selves.
This retreat is my method of getting here, and I’d want to share it with you all. You are free to be wherever. At home or on the road. Open and free days, or in the middle of your work week, holiday week, or family week. It’s a return to your most natural self. It is now time for you to obtain what you require at this time in your life.
Whether you’re looking for some alone time, a jump start on your passion, insight for your practice or leadership, a new phase of life, or just the need to relax and replenish, it’s all here for you. I can’t wait to be there with you to see this metamorphosis.

Who Is This Intended For?
Everything we do is intended to assist individuals in starting where they are and developing the practices that will take us where we want to go. So wherever you are is an excellent starting point. This is applicable to all of our courses, including this online retreat.
Our neighborhood is a very varied and inspirational set of folks. They range in age from kindergarten to over 80. They come from a variety of nations throughout the world. Entrepreneurs and CEOs, academics and librarians, scientists and researchers, studio owners and fitness instructors, yoga teachers of all styles, psychologists and physiotherapists, life and health coaches, physicians and attorneys are among them. They are mothers and fathers, daughters and sons, and best friends for life.
What You Will Receive
Watch: 28 Daily Talks, Meditations, Nurturing Kitchen Creations, and Practice Sessions covering a wide range of topics and skill-sets, all oriented on replenishing, re-invigorating, and caring for yourself.
Progress: Everyone learns in their own unique style and at their own speed, and this retreat is yours to do at your leisure. With all of our courses, we use an adult learning paradigm, and we’re here to help everyone personally. Also, once you’ve completed everything, it’s still still available to you, and you may return anytime you need it.
Continuing Education Credit: 30 hours of practice credit, which includes enrollment in both our 200+Hour Leadership Training and our 300+Hour Advanced Leadership Training.

FACULTY
Strala classes are totally taught by the creators. Dr. Deepak Chopra, a pioneer in mind-body health, and Dr. Rudolph Tanzi, Chair of Neurology at Harvard and Director of the Genetics and Aging Research Unit at Massachusetts General Hospital, both support our program.
Strala was founded by Tara Stiles. Strala is practiced in over 100 countries, and thousands of individuals worldwide lead Strala in studios, gyms, and schools. More Strala training grads apply what they’ve learned in their workplace, team, healing practice, and throughout their lives. Our shared objective is to help individuals achieve much more by softening and connecting with our creativity and purpose.
Tara’s best-selling books include Slim Calm Sexy Yoga, Yoga Cures, Make Your Own Rules Diet, Strala Yoga, and Guiding Strala, which have all been translated and published in several languages. She has been highlighted in The New York Times, The Times of India, and The Times of the United Kingdom, as well as in most major national and international periodicals. Tara’s work was covered in a case study by Harvard, and she has lectured with students at both Harvard and New York University about her experience and approaches to creativity and leadership.
Tara supports the Alliance for a Healthier Generation and the American Heart Association’s Childhood Obesity Initiative, as well as BOKS, who are delivering Strala courses to over 30,000 schools in the United States and Canada.
Tara trained in classical dance under ABT Principal Rory Foster and choreography by Paul Taylor founding member and world-renowned teacher Eileen Cropley. Mike Taylor, the co-founder of Strala, is her husband.
