Jin was able to perform his full squat after only approximately a month of training.
After ten years of stretching with little development, Steven achieved his complete pancake and made significant progress toward his splits in just a few months.
Matthew’s taekwondo kicks have greatly improved, and he is more injury resistant.

I’ve altered my stretching technique.
Focused Flexibility altered my stretching technique.
Previously, I would alternate between dynamic and static/PNF stretches. Now, with my static/PNF stretching, I always follow the FF pattern of dynamic stretching followed by PNF. I feel that the dynamic motions make the PNF less painful, making it easy to spend more time stretching. I also believe it decreases injury risk because the activities strengthen me towards the existing limits of my flexibility.
The increased strength is tough to quantify, but my kicking (tae kwon do) has much improved. I practice the pancake stretch instructed in the curriculum almost every day now.
Scientific Flexibility Training Using Proven Techniques
Jarlo Ilano, a physical therapist since 1998 and board certified orthopedic clinical specialist with the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties, created FF.
It is based on his expertise assisting patients in regaining mobility abilities following injuries and accidents.
Jarlo combined his understanding of teaching yoga, martial arts, and gymnastic movements with established protocols and procedures from his professional practice to produce the most effective and efficient flexibility program available.
You Can Now Be Flexible
Even if Nothing Else Has Worked In the Past
You’ve certainly tried a variety of stretching and mobility exercises in the past with mixed results. Even if you’ve attempted to get more flexible in the past with little success, Focused Flexibility will teach you the proper methods and body placement that make each exercise safe and effective for addressing your unique flexibility needs.
You may be confident that this is not another rehash of the same old stretches you’ve been doing your entire life. While FF does teach certain “standards,” it does so in a way you’ve probably never seen before—the proper way—emphasizing the minor intricacies of each technique that distinguish good from ineffective practice.
FF also avoids “banging your head against the wall” by putting oneself into a deeper stretch. Instead, you’ll utilize a PNF variant with “special sauce” to teach your muscles to allow for additional flexibility.
Why Focused Flexibility Is More Effective
We don’t believe in the “shotgun” approach to flexibility training advocated by many books and video courses, in which you execute a variety of motions every day. Instead, we take a laser-like focus.
Our “BAP!” Evaluation
FF begins with a self-diagnostic in 8 Basic Assessment Positions to help you determine which areas require the most attention. Each BAP relates to a unique series of exercises that provide you with increased range of motion exactly where you need it.
Method & Protocol Proven
The FF protocol is a variation of the “PNF” stretching procedures used by physical therapists and people all over the globe to strengthen and release tight muscles while also training the central nervous system to allow for a greater functional range safely.
Designed to Meet Your Specific Requirements
Instead of spending time with unnecessary stretches, you’ll just complete exercises that directly affect your specific motions and positions. No more hour-long workouts or sluggish improvement through distracted training.
When we originally introduced Focused Flexibility, it was nearly entirely based on this focused technique. And over 18,000 people utilized it to relieve pain and improve their mobility. They did, however, provide us with some useful input along the road…
Even if they weren’t focusing on a specific flexibility issue, they wanted a good stretching routine to keep them going in the right direction. As a result, we’ve included specific follow-along exercises to help you keep limber and pain-free for your favorite hobbies.
Simple, follow-along stretching routines tailored to your specific needs
The ideal flexibility practice for various training cycles is the sort where you just hit play and begin an efficient stretching session. As a result, we developed 12 follow-along routines to address a wide range of demands. Each one includes professional training, models with varying degrees of flexibility, and a variety of camera angles to allow you to view all of the critical details.

Jin Wa FF assisted me in achieving a complete squat.
In approximately a month of training, FF helped me develop into a complete squat, which I’d never been able to accomplish before. The GMB plans have been the most straightforward for me to learn and adhere to. When I engage with GMB programs, I also feel like I pay more attention to my body.
United Kingdom FF Simon Robinson
I’ve altered my stretching technique.
I had no idea how to stretch or how to breathe while stretching previously. The grouping of certain sections was also quite helpful because I didn’t grasp that previously! The videos are also brief and to the point, which is wonderful because stretching is dull enough without having to listen to someone talk about it for hours or skip to the crucial bits. The format was excellent.
