I’m thrilled to provide my second Fstoppers instructive film, Photographing The World: Cityscape, Astrophotography, and Advanced Post-Production!

This tutorial series took us a whole year to create, with 20 new courses and over 15 hours of instructional content spanning 5 countries and 7 distinct locations. When compared to the previous (landscape photography) series, the complexity of approaches increases dramatically, as I reveal many new sophisticated in-the-field and post-processing ways that I’ve never disclosed publicly before.

I’m able to demonstrate sophisticated exposure blending, time blending, and luminosity masking techniques that show how to make completely seamless photographs from start to finish by using both ancient and ultra-modern cityscapes. I teach astrophotography to capture both the Milky Way Galaxy and lengthy and gorgeous start trails while giving each a distinct and strong effect.

I also included a segment in which I detail my business methods and how I grew my photography business into what it is now.

Creating these movies has been a labor of love, as well as one of the most difficult and demanding tasks I’ve ever undertaken. The production value is out of this world, and I’m very pleased of what we’ve accomplished here. I’m happy that it’s finally up and running!
