This program will teach you how to develop real core strength so that you may take your yoga practice to the next level.
This month-long program includes five flow courses that will target, isolate, and activate various sections of your core, such as obliques, front and back body, and low abs.
The first four videos each focus on a different aspect of core strength, with the goal of developing muscles that will help you hold arm balances and inversions, stabilize you in poses like Warrior III, and feel lighter in Navasana. The fifth and final lesson is a culmination of the techniques we have practiced throughout the week, and it allows you to put yourself and your expanding talents to the test in an hour-long flow.
