We’ll help you select your formal operating vacation date and create a tailored Clockwork roadmap. We’ll set quarterly, monthly, and weekly goals to keep you on track and responsible to your Clockwork commitment.
STEP 2
7 CORE CLASSES to Expand Your Clockwork Knowledge
Making your team and organization function like clockwork begins with YOU, the leader. You’ll go through seven core lessons with us to expand your grasp of Clockwork and begin using it to your business.
Each class has a Clock-work component that you will complete and submit in order to stay on schedule (yes, there is homework). These seminars will provide you the Clockwork tools you need to get your business ahead more quickly.
STEP 3
In Our Private Clockwork Community Croup, We Provide Daily Support + Guidance
Setting your vacation date will be the easiest part of adopting Clockwork…in fact, it will be the easiest part! Staying responsible to your weekly milestones is where the benefit of continued assistance comes in.
We’ll have a community of peers and the RLC staff where you can get round-the-clock assistance, feedback, advice, and even butt-kicking if necessary. You have access to assistance, direction, and accountability!
STEP 4
9 calls for coaching and accountability
We’ll meet once a week to address your clockwork questions for the week, allowing us to decrease your learning curve in half. These calls will be the most significant difference between doing this on your own and working with us to provide you with the nuanced feedback and accountability you need to remain with this work even when life gets in the way…which it will.
STEP 5
Access to Our Crowdsourcing Toolkit, Templates, and Trainings
Don’t be fooled: this isn’t simply a course with a bunch of modules; it’s a comprehensive implementation program. However, we will be adding examples, tools, and trainings for you to utilize in your organization to our library, which you will be able to access as needed. You’ll also be assisting us in populating it; if you have a question that would benefit from an example and we don’t have one yet, we’ll strive to produce one for you.
