What are biomarkers, and are yours in the appropriate range?
The distinctions between illness prediction (which you will NOT be focused on throughout this course) and healthy biomarkers (which you WILL be working with), as well as how to control optimal health and lifespan.
This module will also be the ideal moment in the training to obtain your Epigenetic Profile, a complete test that will help you discover which diet works best for YOU – all in only four to six weeks.

Module 2: Transform Your Genetics Into Health & Longevity — Recognize 7 Pathways to Optimal Health & Longevity
This lesson will teach you about the seven primary pathways in the body that transform your genetic expression into either health or sickness biochemistry. You’ll next discover how to regulate and impact each route to maximize your Epigenetic Profile.
You’ll learn how to change your biochemistry for better health by doing the following:
Methylation is the mechanism that offers instructions for healthy cells to proliferate. Optimal methylation has a favorable impact on neurotransmitter generation, detoxification, fat metabolism, cellular energy, and other processes.
Inflammation: The fallacy that “all inflammation causes illness” is debunked. What is and isn’t healthy inflammation, and how can you lower the latter to avoid disease and feel your best?
Oxidative Stress: Each cell need oxygen in order to burn nutrients for fuel. Excessive, harmful oxidative stress can be caused by unhealthy stress, poor food, and other reasons. Plant antioxidants such as vitamins A, C, and E, selenium, and others help you combat “free radicals” created by oxidative stress – and keep you healthy.
