DescriptionYour patients are still in pain despite the regular usage of analgesics. Pain that is incapacitating at times.
The stakes are high: YOU (therapist) are intended to relieve their suffering.
Move and massage. Mobilize and grind. You’ve done everything you can to assist them…but have they? What if you could offer them the skills they need to reframe their pain and get back to doing what they enjoy?
These patients are open to the thought of trying something new. They are willing to adapt because they require a solution that will work. This is where you come in.
Dr. Joe Lavacca will take an evidence-based approach to chronic pain treatment, investigating:
A step-by-step evaluation guide that incorporates the bio-psychosocial model
Red flags to look out for and how to adjust your treatment approach to them
Strategies for progression and regression to fulfill patient objectives
Mind-body techniques that increase functional resultsWith an in-depth examination of best practices and communication strategies, you will quickly generate patient buy-in that will strengthen the therapeutic partnership. You’ll learn skills and tactics that you can use right now to bridge the gap between mind and body healing.
