Trailblazer is a six-month in-field training program designed to help you transition from uncertainty to confidence about your career. Each month, we give you a mission with training, maps, checklists, and case studies to help you get closer to the ultimate goal: being paid to be you.
But, before I delve into anything you’ve got, let’s address the two main issues: direction and a road plan.
To be effective in this endeavor, you must have exceptional clarity in two areas:
You must be aware of your No End Path. This includes your passion, your one-of-a-kind contributions to the world, and those you want to serve.
You must understand your message. Without a clear, precise message, you’ll struggle to stand out from the crowd.
You must be absolutely positive that the road you are on is the best one for you.
You’ll wind up spinning your wheels if you don’t have a clear direction for your job. You must be assured that the road you are taking is the best one for you.
Your message is the driving force behind everything you do; it serves as a rallying cry for your tribe. It excites you, it’s magnetic, and it attracts the proper kind of person.
These two factors will determine your success. When they collaborate, they create a wonderful symphony of passion and purpose.
If you don’t have this portion down, it’s easy to go around in circles, never making any meaningful progress with your business. Trailblazer overcomes this issue by providing you with total confidence in your concept before you begin with a comprehensive idea-testing scorecard.
Direction is worthless without a well-illustrated map on how to get there. When you’ve decided on your game-changing concept, you’ll need a well-structured strategy to help you put it into action.
