DescriptionSome of the most frequent treatments for chronic pain and overuse injuries might leave patients in worse shape than when they came.
Protocols based on the ‘no pain, no gain’ philosophy frequently operate against patients, activating self-defense mechanisms that cause muscles to freeze, nerves to compress, and pain to become more intense.
Many therapists use myofascial release into their treatments because it is less intrusive, but misapplications and antiquated methods provide little relief and can be just as damaging to results.
Even the most promising patient might reach a plateau early on, becoming disinterested and sad, feeling treatment is a waste of time.
Prove them incorrect.
In this hands-on video, you’ll learn cutting-edge myofascial release methods and uncover unique treatments you can use right away for faster, longer-lasting effects.
Based on current best practices, this program will teach you how to properly integrate MFR with tape, IASTM, exercise, and self-care to reduce pain and enhance functional results.
