This 12-session course will teach you how to create sensations of happiness and joy at will in any scenario (even the ones that appear to rob you of your happiness now). This curriculum will also offer The Free Way, a new method of releasing from or as Freedom.
Not only do we hunt for love in all the wrong places; we also look for happiness and joy.
“Happiness is you being you,” Lester Levenson used to remark. He wasn’t talking about the individual you who lives in contrast to others. He was alluding to our true nature.
But since we are so often distracted from our natural happiness and joy, we miss out on feeling it more in many aspects of our lives.
In our fresh new live releasing series, you will discover and live happiness even when life is difficult and your exterior world is in chaos. This program will also feature a new method of liberation from or as Freedom.
Allowing What Is to Exist
We spend so much time trying to change what is that we not only become caught in situations that are readily changeable, but we also live in perpetual anger and discontent. When you let go of your need to modify what is, you discover a perfection in the moment that permits enjoyment to develop spontaneously, and sometimes even continually, within you. As you progress from desiring to change to letting, you will discover new approaches to tackle long-standing difficulties with greater ease and delight.
What do you think makes you happy?
It is critical to allow yourself to have, be, and do what you enjoy in your life. Filling your life with activities and things that look to bring you joy is a terrific approach to break the log jam of misery that we all carry around with us. You may also learn, when you accept this in your life, that you may access this joy and happiness directly even when changing external situations is not feasible or doable.
Flowing with the Wind
Our lives are in perpetual flux and change, yet most of the time we oppose this by attempting to create a sense of permanence where there is none. When we let go of our opposition to life as it unfolds, we prefer to flow with it rather than fight it. The more we let go of our resistance, the more we discover that we can cope with what is truly happening now calmly, pleasantly, and successfully.
Stop Handing Over Your Power to the World.
When we evaluate our life, we believe that certain things inherently make us happy, while others automatically make us sad or dissatisfied. We forget that happiness and misery are subjective and hence not set in stone. We can realize that we have control over how we feel and how we respond to what is. When you realize you have the ability to choose how you react, you reclaim your power and realize you are in charge of your happiness, not anybody or anything else.
All is Equal with Love
The inspiration for The Sedona Method, Lester Levenson, found and taught that one of our greatest sources of happiness was when we were loving. Most of us spend a significant portion of our days attempting to get people to notice, care about, approve of, or adore us, not recognizing that even when we achieve these aspirations, we are frequently no happier or more fulfilled than we were before. In reality, getting outward affirmation frequently just feeds the inner beast and makes us crave more. It leaves us feeling unsatisfied, if not empty on the inside.
However, when we discover and share the love that is our natural condition at the center of each and every one of us, we experience an incredible sense of contentment and tranquility. People are more helpful and supportive when we are loving rather than desiring affection, when we offer joy to every scenario.
It Isn’t Your Fault
We frequently blame ourselves, our circumstances, and obvious people for our unhappiness. When we blame the outside, we inhibit ourselves from finding long-term answers. We are also sentenced to live unhappy because we believe that the world must change before we can be free to be joyful. We take responsibility for our own happiness and abundance when we stop blaming ourselves and others.
Giving from the Soul
Allowing oneself to give freely from the heart is one of the most effective ways to express love in life and so experience endless pleasure. Allowing oneself to contribute without reservation brings with it an abundance of enjoyment. This isn’t about making a sacrifice or even acknowledging someone. It is about sharing your inner and outer richness with others who appear to be apart from you. When you give completely, you love completely, and you are rewarded with enormous calm and happiness.
Paying Attention to What Is Currently Present
We spend the majority of our waking hours trying to mend or modify what was or attempting to control what could be. We overlook the truth that the only time we have to act is right now. Indeed, when you begin to pay more attention to what is truly here now, you will uncover the richness and beauty that already exists inside and around you. The more you concentrate on what is rather than what was or may be, the more you will feel entire and complete, ready to face your life and the world.
Observing the Environment
We perceive our reality through the items that emerge in awareness, missing the emptiness or space on or in which all objects appear. When we take a moment to observe the space, we discover a new way of feeling and being that fills our awareness with light and joy. The more we pay attention to the area, the more we can detect what requires our immediate attention and action, and we cease fretting or obsessing about items that are perfectly acceptable at this time. The space is limitless, but the items in it are not. When we concentrate more on space, we get a sense of boundlessness that opens up a whole new universe to us.
It’s Not About You
We frequently forget that what we take personally at this moment is often not at all personal. We suffer unnecessarily when we make our experiences all about us. However, if we pay close attention, we can see that everything is a part of the same global awareness, and it is only personal in our brains. As we realize it isn’t personal, we may see solutions where we previously saw problems, and we naturally live with a better sense of harmony, serenity, and pleasure.
Creating Space for Inner Silence
The chatter in our heads is one of the greatest thieves of our aliveness and contentment. Every time we let go, we reduce the amount of inner noise and make room for more inner calm. The more efficient we get at letting go, the simpler it is to find inner peace. Furthermore, as we pay attention to our inner stillness, we notice that it is already visible before, during, and after every thought and sensation. As we focus our attention on this calm rather than our inner commotion, it appears to expand and move into the foreground, assisting us in putting our inner turmoil into broader perspective.
Being is bliss.
When you allow yourself to simply be, you will discover that pleasure, calm, and joy have no boundaries. Beingness is the entryway to our infinite essence, as well as the doorway to unwavering enjoyment. The more we just let ourselves to be, the more we live a life of uncontrollable bliss and the more we expose ourselves to the reality of who or what we are that is beyond happiness and its antithesis.
The Open Road
This curriculum will also offer The Free Way, a new method of releasing from or as Freedom.
You are already the Freedom you want, as you have certainly heard and felt many times.
Allowing oneself to observe whatever appears to be restricting “you” from the perspective of what has never been restricted dissolves all else, exposing great calm, light, love, and clarity.
From this vantage point, it becomes more difficult to cling to what appeared to be an insoluble problem or an unreleasable barrier only a minute before.
Releasing from Freedom has a huge effect on how you view and feel everything that appears. As you continue to release from this viewpoint, you realize that there is no such thing as an enlightened person. Perceiving the appearance of the personal brings knowledge.
Join me on this exciting new course if you are ready to access and live from your endless inner well of satisfaction and bliss, and handle anything life throws your way with increased ease, concentration, clarity, and effectiveness.
This course consists of 12 sessions (60 minutes each) held over a six-day period commencing on May 13, 2019.
