12-Session Releasing Series “From Fear to Fearlessness”
This 12-session training will release you from the crippling grip of fear and unleash the limitless potential of bravery inside you.
Even if we do not consider ourselves worried or scared, we all allow fear to hold us back. It influences every decision we make. It keeps us from breaking out of habits and taking appropriate action. We stay in situations that no longer serve us, and we shy away from chances that may help us go forward in the most beneficial manner. Furthermore, when we are terrified, we are recalling the same things we claim to be afraid of, which brings them into our experience.
However, everyone of us has limitless potential for good, and as we let go of our anxieties and embrace our inner power, the entire world opens up to us in new and exciting ways. We feel more at ease in every circumstance, even those we used to avoid out of dread. Our body and thoughts relax when we let go of our anxieties and fears.
Join me on this fascinating and powerful new course if you are ready to break free from your basic constraints and embrace everything that is available for you.
Dissolving Fear’s Energy – Bringing Your Courage Forward
It becomes simpler to let go of fear as we learn to identify it. It appears to be a passing mood rather than a genuine threat to the things we cherish. And when we acknowledge our own courage, we begin to see, hear, and feel it all around us. We then learn how to use it as a tool to dispel fear and open ourselves up to the kindness that is constantly present in our lives.
letting go of the need to change the past
All of our concerns stem from the past. When we seek to alter what was, we are obliged to repeat the same pattern in our efforts. When we let go of the need to alter what was, we liberate ourselves to embrace what is and tap into the power that is constantly moving in the direction of a happy result today. This liberates us to live fearlessly.
What do you hope to happen?
“Fear and it will appear,” Lester Levenson used to remark. He had seen that fear of any kind or degree, from serious chronic anxiety and panic episodes to everyday worrying and fretting, even the jitters, had a hold on our awareness. By constantly emphasizing avoiding what we fear, we summon it to mind like a twisted mantra (a focus point for meditation), and it becomes a program that limits our pleasure, riches, success, and knowledge of Freedom. Because we build complicated “what ifs” or expectations around taking action, fear might keep us from doing what we want or need to accomplish. Fear also prevents us from letting go of our “issues,” since we don’t know what will happen if we let down our guard.
When we witness something we don’t like in the world, we say to ourselves, “I hope that doesn’t happen to me” or “I hope that never occurs again.” The mind hears and visualizes the dread as if we had the idea, “I want this to happen to me.” As a result, our creative energy begins to flow in that direction. Remember that the mind only thinks in images. It overlooks the words not, never, or don’t since it cannot transform them into visuals.
Remember, all of this is happening below the level of consciousness. Most of us do not consciously decide that we wish to get sick. We don’t say things like, “I want to lose money” or “I want to get in an accident.” But we’ve all stated the exact opposite. We unconsciously retain what we dread in mind every time we do this.
Beyond the Horror Stories
We all have tales we tell ourselves about our fears based on what has happened in the past. The more immersed we become in these stories, the more we repeat the same subject in our life. You can see what is real here and now when you release your tales, and you live less under the shadow of dread and uncertainty.
False Evidence Appearing to Be True
FEAR is an acronym that stands for False Evidence Appearing Real. The majority of people’s fears are completely baseless. Even when anxieties appear to be grounded in truth, they are frequently exaggerated in relation to the actual risk—if there is one at all.
When we are terrified, we frequently fail to view the issue completely and with full discernment. We obstruct our clear reasoning and intuitive knowledge. When we realize the fear as false, we are instantaneously released from our attachment to the dread. We may entirely release ourselves from fear when we thoroughly see it as untrue. We may then let go of fear with more ease. This may make a huge impact in our life, as well as our degree of money and success.
Emancipation from the Security/Survival Program
Letting go of the Wanting Security Program is an effective approach to release any feelings of dread. We are all insecure to varied degrees because we believe we are a body in a hostile universe. While it is crucial to care for and protect the body when necessary, the more we connect with the body, the less safe we feel. We feel safer when we let go of our desire for security. All insecurity fades by itself as we let go of our assumption that the body is who we are.
