The Vitamin course aided me in a variety of ways. First and foremost, I now move better, with greater control and accuracy over my body. Second, the course greatly improved my mobility. WHAT MOVEMENTS WILL YOU EXPERIENCE?

Controlling Dynamic Movement in Phase 3
Jumping and inverted motions will be practiced to improve your proprioception and agility.
Phase 4: Combination Smoothing
You’ll put movement pieces together to gain confidence in executing complicated movement patterns.
Your mobility, balance, and kinesthetic awareness will be visibly improved by the end of Phase 4. But then you’ll go through all four steps again, with some additional obstacles thrown in, to deepen and consolidate all of your motor control gains.

I’M MOVING WITH MORE FLUIDITY.

When I made the decision to establish a foundation of strength and functional integrity, I realized it was time to explore what I could learn from the excellent folks at GMB. I could see they had a good time and tremendous skill based on hard work. Vitamin excelled at reducing down complicated movements into its most basic beginning form.
