BBCC Rings Workout
This is the GMB mini-program that began all of this craziness in the first place.
The BBCC was created as a “rings lite” program that you can fit into your schedule on your own terms. It’s brief, enjoyable, and brutally effective at working every part of your body, even muscles you may not have realized you possessed. With the accompanying warm-up and cool-down, as well as comprehensive programming guidelines, there’s nothing “little” about the Rings BBCC or the strength it develops.
The BBCC Workout by the Parallettes
We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again: parallettes are more than just glorified push-up bars.
Though you are free to utilize whatever training equipment makes you feel good, this program demonstrates why we believe P-bars are an excellent tool for boosting your pressing and core strength. You’ll also practice push-ups (GMB-style), but the Parallettes BBCC incorporates exercises that work the complete body. The new conditioning routine will increase stamina and, yes, even “burn” fat.
BBCC Workout on the Floor
The Floor BBCC uses the same template as the P-BBCC version but does not require any equipment.
This program combines grips, movement, gymnastic-style bodyweight training, and something termed “nengi.” You’ll have a great time getting down on the floor and experimenting with these exercises, and you’ll be even more happy with your improved mobility, strength, and balance. This practice is easy to complete and will have you feeling like a kid again in no time.
This is bodyweight exercise as it should be.
