Dr. Paul Langlois, APN, Ph.D., CCRN, CCNS, CNRN, is a critical care clinical expert at Cook County Hospital’s Surgical, Medical, Neurologic, Burn, CCU, and Trauma ICUs. Dr. Langlois delivers advanced-level training to nurses, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and physicians, drawing on over 30 years of experience assessing and managing patients with life-threatening conditions. Dr. Langlois graduated with honors from Rush University in Chicago, Illinois.
Dr. Langlois is dedicated to providing patients with the finest level of treatment possible by pursuing higher education. His presentations are evidence-based, current, and include case stories to help people think critically. He has created multiple institution-wide procedures for the multidisciplinary assessment and care of the cardiac, neurologic, septic, and multi-system organ failure patient as a bedside clinical nurse specialist.
His talks are given with enthusiasm and offer practical advice that assist make even the most difficult subjects understandable. Every educational program strives to connect knowledge to clinical practice.
