Dr. Daniel Icenogle, JD Seminars and goods related to this topic: 2DANIEL L. ICENOGLE, JD, M.D. is an emergency department physician and a health law attorney with Icenogle & Associates, LLC in Readstown, Wisconsin, which provides a variety of health law services to physicians, hospitals, and other medical providers. He graduated from Loyola Stritch School of Medicine in 1981 and the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1992. He formerly served as chair of the Wisconsin State Bar Health Law Section’s board of directors and is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association. In addition, he is a member of the Wisconsin Medical Society’s Council on Health Care Access and Financing.
