DescriptionDescription:
Chronic anxiety and depression pose substantial obstacles for individuals who suffer from them. A behavioral treatment that taps into deep levels of mind-body functioning aids in the remission of these crippling illnesses. This treatment, known as essential neurobiological communication (ENBC), involves ideomotor signaling, a type of body language. Because they are chronic diseases, the affected person must learn to fully manage them on their own. A non-invasive, organized procedure for minimizing the negative effect of unresolved emotion on present experience is also described. This approach relies on a gradual ratification process to underpin emotional changes in thinking, perception, and behavior. This short method can be used in conjunction with other therapeutic modalities to help define the focus of treatment. Given enough time, a demonstration with a volunteer will demonstrate this method.
Objectives of Education:
Explain how ideomotor inquiry is used to resolve emotional experiences.
Describe a technique for locating and treating the root of chronic anxiety and sadness.
Determine one clinical application for a components model.*Content and confidentiality may be modified during sessions*
