With a plugged-in 24/7 cyberspace that requires fast online and social networking responses, many young people struggle with self-regulation and modulation.
This workshop proposes a customised strategic approach to combating impulsivity or restricted access to inner resources by harnessing the innate creativity and novelty that young people have built in their developmental make-up.
Experiential and particular approaches to eliciting attentiveness will be investigated.
Objectives of Education:
Use inductions designed for this age range.
Use client opposition as a springboard for creativity.
Prepare and execute internal and external post-hypnotic stimuli.*Content and confidentiality may be modified during sessions*
