Ericksonian hypnotherapy and strategic approaches encourage experiential transformation strategies. They can be synergistic when combined. Psychotherapy works best when clients witness an active, goal-oriented treatment process. Such dynamic, inspiring encounters open the door for fresh insights and opportunities for progress. Drs. Jeffrey K. Zeig, PhD, is the founder and director of the Milton H. Erickson Foundation, as well as the president of Zeig, Tucker & Theisen, Inc., a behavioral sciences publisher.
