DescriptionDescription:
Anxiety disorders control individuals by instilling rules in their minds and then utilizing that set of rules to take over mental land. People are controlled by the five anxiety disorders (phobias, panic attacks, social anxiety, generalized anxiety, and OCD) by creating an absolute standard for assurance and comfort. We’ll look at the game’s common denominators and pinpoint its expressions in each disease. Then we’ll look at how the therapist may help clients gain ground by designing their own tactics and plans, including the second-order move of switching game boards entirely!
Objectives of Education:
To list three changes in people’s frames of reference that enable therapy for anxiety disorders.
To explain how these three changes might manifest in panic disorder, OCD, and generalized panic disorder.*Content and confidentiality may be modified during sessions*
