Beliefs have a significant impact on our life. It is general knowledge that if someone truly feels he can do something, he will do it, and if he believes something is impossible, no amount of effort will persuade him otherwise. This presentation will demonstrate how to elicit and modify limiting beliefs using a basic process that includes both physical and nonverbal interactions with the client as well as vocal discussion.
Objectives of Education:
Demonstrate a quick yet effective strategy for assisting clients in identifying and changing limiting beliefs.
Describe how beliefs have a substantial physical component in addition to a cognitive and linguistic framework.*Content and confidentiality may be modified during sessions*

Since its inception in 1975 by John Grinder and Richard Bandler, Robert Dilts has been a creator, author, teacher, and consultant in the area of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), a model of human behavior, learning, and communication. Robert was a long-time student and collaborator of Grinder and Bandler, and he also studied with Milton H. Erickson, M.D., and Gregory Bateson.
