Shannon T. White, MSW, LCSW is a Speaker, Mental Health Therapist, Coach, and Consultant with a personal and professional desire to teach and develop professionals who advocate for and promote wellness, as well as diversity, inclusion, and the empowerment of disadvantaged people in the workplace and society. Shannon has more than 20 years of professional experience in the field of Mental Health and Social Services, with more than 10 of those years devoted to the teaching and development of mental health and other related professions.
Shannon has created and led a variety of CEU programs, trainings, and workshops on themes such as mental health, social work, personal and professional development, and cultural competency. Shannon has also taught sociology/social work at Rowan College and Gloucester College and has been an adjunct professor of social work at Camden County College and Rutgers University’s Master of Social Work Program. She earned her bachelor’s degree in sociology from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, and her master’s degree in social work from Rutgers University-School of Social Work in Camden, New Jersey. Shannon is also pursuing a Doctorate in Education after completing one year of the program at Northcentral University.
Shannon likes writing and spending quality time with her lovely husband and four amazing children when she is not working.
