Seong Chi Sao with Trapping (Volume 11)
The most crucial energy/sensitivity drill in Jeet Kune Do is Seong Chi Sao, or double arm sticking hands. It is derived from Wing Chun Gung Fu and is heavily used in Wing Chun training. Few individuals grasp this practice since it appears unusual to them and they may lack the imagination to see how it relates in a hostile situation. This drill goes further than any other in terms of increasing your understanding of energies and touch reflex application. Many Jeet Kune Do practitioners have abandoned this practice because they believe it is too technical or difficult to understand. Many of them do this without ever trying it or giving it a chance, which is unfortunate in my opinion. Once you comprehend what you’re doing with this drill, all kinds of doors open up for you, and you begin to understand the drill’s limitless uses. Once you experience what the drill is doing for your total skill level (rather than simply “watching” someone execute the drill), you will want to do chi sao as often as possible! This book teaches you practical drills to do from chi sao, providing you with the string base/foundation structure you need to become truly proficient with your chi sao talents.

JEET KUNE DO COMPLETE ORIGINAL
This instructional video series on Bruce Lee’s Original Jeet Kune Do took a long time to develop. My objective was to provide the most detailed and comprehensive handbook to training in Bruce Lee’s fighting tactics ever published. This twenty-volume series is the outcome. It was initially shot on VHS, but was subsequently transferred to DVD after VHS became obsolete. The subject exhibited and taught in these films, on the other hand, will never be out of date. All three of Bruce Lee’s major schools in the United States are represented by the curriculum taught and displayed in these films (Seattle, Oakland and L.A. Chinatown). It is by far the most comprehensive exposition of this subject, and it will most likely remain such for the rest of time! It reflects my life’s effort in Jun Fan Gung Fu and Jeet Kune Do, and it will be remembered for all time as my contribution to preserving Bruce Lee’s original teaching, training, and fighting skills. I hope you find this information useful (and entertaining), and that you may learn anything from it that will help you or a loved one save their lives one day! If that occurs, it has accomplished its role! – Lamar M. Davis II, Sifu
