You were no longer pursuing what you required. You’d discovered it.
Qigong, with its combination of movement and relaxation, has the potential to become a medication that promotes clear thinking and physiological awareness.
The reality is that how you hang on to events in your body determines your mental, emotional, biological, and physical processes…
Join renowned Qigong instructor and author Daisy Lee for a new 9-part advanced live video course to learn her unique Radiant Lotus Qigong techniques for putting oneself in a mindful state.

What You’ll Learn in These 9 Modules
Daisy will take you through the core body-mind-spirit abilities you’ll need to master consecutive Qigong exercises each week that culminate in the entire, transformative Radiant Lotus Long Form in this 9-part transformational intensive.
This course will include Daisy’s lectures, training sessions, and experiential practices. Each session will build on the one before it, so you’ll have a comprehensive holistic grasp of the practices, skills, and concepts you’ll need to tap into Radiant Lotus Qigong to generate fresh vigor and connection.
Module 1: Increasing Pelvic Palace Spaciousness
The womb of a woman is a mysterious and fascinating area. There is much to discover and comprehend from this deep place, which Daisy refers to as “the heart under the horizon.”
Daisy will describe how, sheltered in the heart of your body, your womb has the ability to bear life, whether it is a kid or the birth of a project you have envisioned.
Daisy will lead you through a Womb Meditation to help you connect with the energy of your Pelvic Palace. She’ll also teach a lovely new dance from the Radiant Lotus Long Form called Making Waves in a Quiet Pond.
This thrilling first module will teach you:
Discover how respecting the Pelvic Palace cultivates rich ground for creative efforts other than childbirth.
Learn how to create a solid, linked foundation with your feet and legs so that energy from the soil may pass through your body for increased Qi flow.
Improve your leg strength and stability by maintaining good posture and alignment.
Recognize how your vertical alignment remains the most fundamental (and beneficial) concept in Qigong practice.
Understand when quiet is not golden and when it is advantageous to “make waves.”
Perform the Making Waves in a Quiet Pond exercise.
Module 2: Joining Forces with the Infinite
All of existence, like the yin-yang symbol in Qigong, is a fusion of endless possibilities.
Daisy will discuss her thoughts on how change is unavoidable, but development is optional, during this session.
We have the option of remaining resolutely inside the status quo or venturing beyond the familiar. If we select the latter, we may glimpse what is outside our indoctrination, or we can journey inwardly to uncover new levels of insight – this is the potential you unleash when you can look beyond the barriers of restricted perception.
This module will teach you:
Using the Merging With the Infinite movement, activate the Lao Gong points in the palms to better connect with Qi.
Open up the body’s joints and sinews by twisting and rotating the trunk, as well as the shoulders, elbows, wrists, and fingers.
Reconnect with the earth force, nature, and the universe by fusing your energy with the macrocosm around you.
Strive for yin-yang equilibrium in your lower and upper bodies.
Strengthen your lower dantian and empower your legs so your upper body can flow naturally, giving each action meaning.
Discover the discipline of merging with the infinite.
Module 3: Spring Cleaning Your Body’s Residence
Every home requires a thorough spring cleaning to revitalize the energy and welcome in harmony…
Daisy will discuss how, in a similar way, your body need continuous cleansing and clearing in order to work properly and to bring you joy.
As with our houses, if we take care of minor repairs to our bodies when they arise, we will likely avoid large repairs in the future.
The self-care we engage in today will pay off in the long run, with robust health that will last well into our wisdom years. There’s no time like the present to start spring cleaning your body’s house, regardless of your age or lifestyle!
This module will teach you:
Learn to discover inflammation or inadequacies in the body by “listening” for imbalances with the Lao Gong points in your hands.
Sweep and eliminate stagnation from your main energy centers with your hands’ “energy brush.”
The protecting Wei Qi field can help you rebalance and revive your body.
Strengthen your legs by learning to root to the soil through your body’s triangle.
Investigate the Sweeping the Dantians movement.
Module 4: Feng Shui for the Body – Creating Optimal Flow Between the Body’s “Rooms”
Proper placement in the body, like the ancient art of Feng Shui in a home, is required to promote healthy Qi flow.
Daisy will discuss how improper posture can cause movement to be stiff or stilted, but how a simple alteration in position — or perception — can cause the blocked region to become clearer with greater Qi flow.
You’ll discover how to supplement your practice by determining where the Qi is (or isn’t) flowing. You’ll learn how to relax around regions of tension while still building and consolidating energy at the center. Qigong practice includes this delicate balancing act.
We are always learning to adapt to new situations, to build on our skills, and to let go of mental clutter so that our physical house may become a shelter.
This module will teach you:
Build strength from the ground up, concentrating energy in the lower dantian – the power core found beneath the womb in women.
Improve your illness resistance by strengthening the protective Wei Qi field surrounding your body.
Improve your spine and neck health as you age
Bring energy to the spleen and liver channels, which are important for women’s health due to their involvement in digesting what enters the body… whether it’s food, drink, supplements, drugs, viruses, or emotions.
Move through the Wuji Ball Playing exercise.
Whirling the Wuji Wheel is a new movement technique to try.
Module 5: Empowering the Heart and the “Heart Beneath the Horizon” (2 Powerful Energy Centers in Women)
As you progress through the program, you may see increasingly obvious improvements in your everyday practice…
Daisy will assist you in focusing on creating harmonic balance to the middle dantian, which is said to be the most significant for women.
When the heart center is stable, unpleasant feelings fade and clarity emerges, altering how you interact with your family and community — and modifying how you view yourself.
You will be able to honestly lead from your heart without becoming addicted to drama.
This module will teach you:
Investigate how energizing the breasts refreshes the emotional center and delivers fresh Qi to the middle dantian.
Recognize when you’re overburdened and learn to recharge without feeling guilty.
Discover how the womb is the hub of women’s creativity and a strong element of the female body, especially when given loving self-care.
Practice the Rebirthing Creation Qi movement, which redefines the birthing process as one of self-rebirth, because women’s wombs are not only procreative centers, but also stunning, enigmatic receptacles of vital life force.
Through the breasts, activate the hormones and life power.
Perform the Energizing the Breasts exercise.
Circles and Spheres — Women’s Movements Women’s Bodies Should Be Reflected
What exactly is a shape?
Daisy will explain how straight, direct lines are regarded yang in the Chinese perspective, whereas circles and spheres are considered yin. Although one appears to get to the heart of a matter quickly, the less direct approach may be more compelling and less intimidating, allowing individuals to become more open as they grow used to a new way of thinking.
Male nature is generally yang and action-oriented, whereas feminine nature is yin, caring, and receptive. If a difficulty arises, the yin technique is to go around it like water around a rock; the yang approach, on the other hand, is to shatter the rock and tunnel through it.
Of fact, we all have yin and yang within us, but our personalities reflect our tendencies. We learn how to work with circles and spheres to produce smoother flow and less tension when we grasp the holy geometry of our feminine body.
This module will teach you:
With a Qi facial, focus on circular motions to impart warmth and softness to areas that are depleted or require care.
Investigate how moving in circles and spheres gives tenderness to difficult circumstances.
Learn how to do hip and spine mobility exercises.
Boost circulation and brightness in the face, neck, and eyes.
Stimulating the 100 Channels is a novel practice.
Module 7: Creating Balance and Stability in Times of Change
To take flight, we need both steadiness and motivation. We cannot fly without something secure to launch from, and we lack motivation without goals and dreams to strive towards.
We can move and converse more readily when there is a healthy balance between within and outside, above and below. Nature is the source of inspiration… It is our responsibility to grow accustomed to it.
This module will teach you:
Reconnect with nature – the macrocosm of the Earth, Sky, and Human Being mixes with the microcosm to make us more human (e)
Restore vertical alignment through neutral compassion to emerge as a steady lead energy.
Balance intense emotions like grief or worry so that your body and mind can return to balance.
Legs should be empowered and strengthened.
Promote lung and heart health
Explore two new movements: Merging the Three Hearts and The Phoenix Takes Flight.
Module 8: Growing a Lotus
The lotus blossom is a symbol of power and persistence across Asia.
It is forced to climb through the darkness and into the light to produce a massive pure flower on top of the water while growing in dirty, sluggish waters.
Daisy will describe how the lotus is a reminder that you, too, can overcome the most difficult problems — and rise to realize your full potential — with a little patience and endurance.
Whether your beginnings were easy or difficult, you have the opportunity to adapt and grow into your full potential…
This module will teach you:
Learn how to build a strong, sturdy inner foundation.
Learn how to employ the Lotus Rises movement to deal with any lingering anger, grief, anxiety, or humiliation in your body.
Investigate the power of letting go and embracing what is — utilizing movement as medicine to develop a new blueprint for development and long-term change.
Investigate the Lotus Rises Through Muddy Water movement.
Module 9: Self-Reinvention Through the Full Radiant Lotus Long Form
Some miracles might take up to nine months to manifest. Others have nine weeks. But who’s to say that miracles can’t happen in 90 minutes?
Daisy will demonstrate in this last session how the power and magic of creation apply to whatever you’re inspired to bring into being — and it’s not limited to the beauty of childbirth.
Birth and rebirth are stages on a continuum marked by metamorphosis.
We are frequently terrified of the spoken and unseen. Before anything happens, our fanciful brains generate pictures of pain during labor or feelings of anxiousness or terror about the unknown. To avoid disappointment or unhappiness, we often assume the worst-case scenario assumptions, causing undue tension.
Alternatively, we may be in awe of the untapped potential that exists inside our beautiful female form to create health, serenity, joy, happiness, and self-love on a previously unseen level.
In this last lesson, you’ll practice the whole Radiant Lotus Long Form, bringing fresh knowledge and grace to your past and future lives.
This process of revising your life and birthing the person you know you can be is the first step toward living a full, bright life free of self-limiting attitudes and beliefs.
You are more than enough, and you are here to experience the entire range of possibilities in your body until the day you die!
You will learn the following in this last module:
Feel the movement’s integrated flow as a continuous whole.
Deepen your relaxation by experimenting with the timing of your breath with each action.
Let go of self-criticism and the need to be “perfect” — simply do your best and know that you now have a record to go to whenever you want to practice.
Investigate the knowledge hidden in the motions, which will continue to reveal themselves as you practice.
Take in the beauty, the perspective from a bird’s-eye view, of this extraordinary achievement of completing an entire healing process through movement and breath.
Develop more faith in your abilities to realize your objectives and goals.

Daisy Lee’s Video Movement Teaching of Wuji Hundun Qigong Creation From Chaos
Wuji Hundun, Master Duan Zhi Liang’s 800-year-old family Qigong style, loosely translates as “Creation From Chaos.” Wuji is the area between nothing and something, when potential is sparked and something happens. Hundun represents “chaos,” the uncontrollable variable in our lives that may transform calamity into fortune or prosperity into disaster. Master Duan was both a martial artist and a healer who thought that the more you can adapt to changing circumstances, the more likely you are to prosper in the face of adversity – since “hundun occurs” in every human existence. Daisy demonstrates three of the 18 exercises from Wuji Hundun Qigong in this video to help you dance more smoothly between order and chaos.

Dr. Chow was a baby refugee from China during World War II. She then became a Qigong master, a sportswoman, a dancer-singer-model, a nurse, and many other things. Dr. Chow, who is known for treating “hopeless” diseases, has been summoned into hospitals all around the world to treat patients with critical medical issues.

“It was the highlight of my year to meet Daisy…”
I have really benefited from the course! Since training with Daisy, my passion for Qigong has risen enormously. Before learning about the course, I had never heard of her. Meeting her was the highlight of my year, far beyond my expectations of an educator. She is extremely informed about her field, talented in technique and presenting style, and ultimately personable and loving. She exudes concern and caring. She’s a huge LOVE BUG!
Maureen Rae from Toronto, Canada
“Daisy Lee is an excellent teacher, wise woman, and model of grace, love, and beauty for all of us.”
I believe that this Qigong is really beneficial to me and women in general at this moment. It is a lovely practice and knowledge of yin energy, with a strong emphasis on the feminine. Daisy Lee is a great teacher, smart woman, and role model for us all in terms of elegance, love, and beauty. Thank you really much!
— Ayama M. from Grass Valley, Calif.
“Feeling connected to a global women’s community coming together…”
I’ve been practicing Qigong for over ten years, and Daisy’s attitude, genuineness, and genuine concern for her practice have contributed a lot of depth and fresh insights to my own personal practice. It increased my concern and compassion for myself. It is really powerful to feel connected to a women’s international community coming together in practice and knowing that we will carry this into the world. I really suggest it to all ladies, both new and seasoned practitioners. There is so much to acquire that it will undoubtedly nourish you deeply. Thank you very much, Daisy and colleagues!
Svenja from Kent, United Kingdom
“… I experienced such tranquility and relief from many of my ailments.”
This training arrived at an ideal moment for me, and especially for me as a woman. I had previously studied Qigong from male teachers and like the method, but I felt something was lacking, especially when I inquired about specific female health problems. Working with Daisy revealed what I was lacking. It is critical for women, or people who identify as living in a female body, to have female teachers. Men have controlled this practice, and much patriarchy and misinformation has been passed down down the generations. Daisy stands forth as the creator of a technique tailored exclusively to the female body, and I can clearly feel the difference. I experienced such serenity and relief with many of my symptoms while suffering with fertility and hormone concerns. I highly suggest working with Daisy and am grateful to The Shift Network for having her course available. It was transforming to have a loving practice of vitality during the pandemic winter! Thank you very much!

This lesson taught me how to transfer my energy into a gentler, more pleasant place. It’s the start of a tangible journey towards self-care, something I’ve struggled with for years! Daisy Lee is a beautiful, loving human being who is unwaveringly on the road and maintains the space for us to learn these ancient practices in a way that will develop and bloom through time. “It’s uncommon to find a teacher as amazing, kind, and sympathetic as Daisy Lee…”
I studied yoga for many years and eventually became a yoga instructor. I’ve been studying Qigong and Tai Chi for several years, taking courses both indoors and outdoors. Daisy Lee, a great, caring, compassionate instructor who promotes calm via elegance, clarity, and honesty, is a rare find. That is an unusual occurrence. I’ll take any classes she has available. I can’t say enough good things about her modest yet powerful teaching approach and how she acts from the heart. I absolutely loved the session and try to play at least two portions every other day to stay energized. Thank you very much.
