Full Curriculum Level 1 DVD of Core JKD Concepts
This DVD contains knowledge about the standup range, the tools we use in those ranges, and how to train those tools to be quicker, more powerful, more efficient. As is customary, we don’t spend any time getting to the meat of the instruction. We discuss not just how to train, but also why we train the way we do. The more knowledge you have, the easier it is to appreciate how correct physics plays a role in making your tools perform more effectively – regardless of the art to which you spend your life.

JKD Full Curriculum Level 2 Core Concepts
This DVD has 90 minutes of in-depth education for the level 2 Full Curriculum. Every subsequent DVD builds on the abilities learned in the prior one. Level 2 Full focuses on expanding the kicking/boxing/trapping and weapons ranges’ capability.
As always, we give the content to you in a thorough manner to help you comprehend the “why” as well as the “how”. Our objective isn’t only to teach you a lot of methods, but to instill in you the qualities and talents of athletes, as well as the knowledge to become thinking fighters who can modify the content as you see appropriate.

Grappling Curriculum Level 1 Core JKD Concepts
In the same vein as our original Kicking and Boxing range DVD, this DVD is jam-packed with high-quality, thorough material presented in a comprehensible manner so that even the most inexperienced novice can easily grasp it. It also introduces fresh training material and approaches that advanced practitioners will appreciate and desire to add to their repertoire. The DVD includes graphic overlays and 3D to help you learn more effectively. We don’t waste time on non-essentials in class, so we go right to the point, to the best approaches for building a solid training foundation that can handle efficient procedures.
But knowing methods isn’t enough; you need a strong foundation, the “Core” of Core JKD, to enable you instinctively and transparently establish skills and body feel, otherwise you’ll never be able to properly hold or apply a technique against a resistant, competent opponent. Some of the material and procedures contained in our training DVDs have never previously been seen.

Level 2 Core JKD Concepts Grapping Curriculum
This DVD contains 2 hours of extensive information about the level 2 grappling range. We expand on the level 1 DVD by including additional conditioning workouts to help you physically and improve your body feel for this range. We created the Earth and Water exercise just for this purpose, and when practiced properly, it will vastly improve your intuitive placement over your opponent and allow you to flow around them – essentially, be where they are going – before they ever realize it.
We also cover some important ground game issues, such as specific techniques for the rear naked choke and escapes from it, as well as our own – tried and true – approach for dealing with the terrible arm bar, which we have been developing for years and are now presenting to you for the first time.
