Released in 2009, the ChaLEAN Extreme workout was an instant hit with the public, and its popularity persists to this day.
A 90-day workout program devised by BeachBody in partnership with well-known fitness guru Chalene Johnson, ChaLEAN Extreme is based on a method known as Lean Phasing. This strategy mixes healthy nutrition, aerobic workouts, and resistance training to burn body fat and develop muscle swiftly.
The ChaLEAN Extreme exercise routine consists of conducting physical training three times a week and cardio twice a week. You receive two rest days. These may vary from week to week, and the workouts will alter throughout the course.
ChaLEAN Extreme comprises of 6 DVDS with a total of 15 workouts, a CD entitled Extreme Motivation, two booklets – the Muscle Burns Fat Guidebook and the Fat Burning Food Guide.
