The Workout Routine
The workouts are organized as follows: a dynamic warm-up, a 15-minute circuit of diverse exercises, and a burnout with reps and sets. Every day, a different muscle group is targeted. There’s even an additional credit section if you want to go the extra mile!
What is the point of doing calisthenics?
For nearly 6 years, I’ve been performing calisthenics. It is, in my opinion, the most effective and efficient approach to reshape your body. This program combines cross-training with bodyweight exercises. Inquire with the marines, professional sportsmen, or even your grandparents! Everyone will tell you that bodyweight exercise is the best way to proceed.
There’s no need to invest in a gym or expensive fitness equipment. There’s no need to spend hours pounding iron. Rep after rep, you’re destroying your joints and gradually limiting your mobility.
Give this calisthenics exercise 30 minutes every day and you will be amazed at the results.
