How Do T-Minus 30 Workouts Work?
Hunter McIntyre, Tough Mudder Champion, has taken all he’s learned while training and crafted tailored routines to help you cross the finish line. Every action is inspired by the course, but it’s his outlandish attitude and cast that will make you feel like you’re training as a team. While the workouts are challenging, each one has a modifier so that even beginners may get amazing results.
Instruments and equipment
All you need are two dumbbells, preferably one lighter and one heavier. Then simply adhere to the program guide and training calendar that is appropriate for you. A chin-up bar and an exercise mat are optional.
