You will push yourself harder than ever before with this strategy, and you will become stronger than you have ever been! Advanced True Strength follows True Strength Builder II and features longer, quicker exercises with more difficult static and dynamic routines. This is the plan for you if you want to learn to train like I do and gain strength for the most difficult bodyweight routines.
This is a total-body exercise. It will put your static and dynamic strength, as well as your cardiovascular strength, to the test. It comprises five distinct routines that are exactly what I perform in my personal practice every day. Each workout has its own warm-up, strength regimen, and stretch sequence. The warmup is particularly designed to prepare you for the strength workouts we’ll be doing that day.
This strategy is serious! The sequences are quicker, the motions are more explosive, and the dynamic range of motion is greater. It’s a high-intensity workout that’s best suited for people who’ve already prepared their bodies with my previous True Strength programs or have substantial expertise with Yoga and advanced bodyweight training.
While challenging, this curriculum is a lot of fun. This is the program for you if you want to uncover your body’s potential and challenge the limits of your genuine strength while having a lot of fun learning new moves.
